Thank you for your interest in helping out the band program!
Before you can help, all volunteers must fill out a volunteer application for the district. Please click on the link below and fill out the required district information. This must be done every year, regardless of previous volunteer status. If you have any questions, please contact our volunteer coordinator at boydbandvolunteers@gmail.com.

Important! Once you have been approved as a volunteer through the district, please send your approved volunteer clearance email to boydbandvolunteers@gmail.com BEFORE you sign up.

Once you are approved by the district as a volunteer, you can purchase an Official Volunteer Red T-Shirt. These t-shirts must be worn by volunteers riding the buses, chaperoning events, working pit/field crew, or at any other time a parent or guardian chooses to volunteer in ANY capacity for the band.
*** You will be able to order any of the Volunteer shirts at any time, but you will not receive your shirt until the required background check / approved application is turned into boydbandvolunteers@gmail.com. ***
